Wind Chill Calculator
Wind chill (often popularly called the wind chill factor) is the felt air temperature on exposed skin due to wind.
The wind chill temperature is always lower than the air temperature, and the wind chill is undefined at the higher temps (above 100C [500F]).
A still-air temperature that would have the same cooling effect on exposed human skin as a given combination of temperature and wind speed - called also chill factor, wind chill factor, wind chill index.
Wind Chill (Fo) = 35.74 + 0.6215T-35.75(V0.16) + 0.4275T (V0.16)
Where T = Air Temperature (F)
V = Wind Speed (mph)
